In the early 1990s TKG Founder and Managing Partner Leah Kedar was asked to facilitate a conversation among parents of her son’s first grade class. Is it too cliche to say the rest is history? Ok, maybe it is too cliche, but TKG really took off from there! Leah learned from a fellow parent that being a facilitator is in fact a profession and that facilitators and coaches help others communicate and reach their goals.

With more than 30 years of experience, Leah and her team bring an understanding to their work that in order for growing, innovative teams to move faster and reach their goals, they need to slow down and explore the best ways to work together.

TKG is a boutique organization development company with a community of coaches and facilitators who are committed to working with people who are committed to working on themselves. We’re driven by results and inspired by helping companies work better together so they can reach the results they want.

Leah Kedar, The Kedar Group founder and managing partner, specializes in supporting leaders and their teams and organizations, as they are called upon to manage issues associated with change and transformation. Leah Kedar has over 20 years experience as an executive leadership coach, consultant, and facilitator. Leah’s clients experience significant shifts in how they see and approach their work, resulting in greater outcomes, deeper understandings across differences, increased and improved communication among team members, and enhanced ability to lead and set direction for the betterment of their organization's future.

Adam brings a fresh approach to organizational transformation. With a decade of experience in the technology and startup space, he has an excellent understanding of how teams and leaders work in the high-paced environment of the startup world. Adam has a passion for working with aspiring leaders and teams. He brings a dynamic and creative perspective with a strong orientation for driving results. Adam’s work in training and development at Apple proved invaluable to the teams that he worked with and supported. Adam began work at The Kedar Group as a partner in 2012. He oversees client and business development and builds a coaching and facilitation practice primarily with a focus on leaders in the startup world driving progress forward in unconscious bias, and diversity and inclusion work.

Walter J. Crawford, is an executive and leadership coach, As a former c-level executive within DC

government, Walter brings to his coaching insights over twenty years of human resources and operations

leadership in both the public and private sector. As a leadership coach, Walter partners with leaders on all

levels in local governments, non-profits, and mid to large size organizations to inspire a journey of learning

and development using an open minded and goal-oriented approach.
